Project Management

The construction process evolves through all of the phases described above. Each function and department interfaces with the others in accordance with precise procedures, and there is also constant liaising with the designer, the Customer and the other companies which might be involved in on-site work.
In this regard, the figure of the Project Manager ensures coordination of all of the activities. The PM acts as the main point of reference for all matters regarding the commissioned project with a view to fulfilling every single contractual undertaking.
This role is filled by our most experienced personnel who know how to tackle any specific technical or planning-related problems, and also how to overcome obstacles to a smooth evolution of on-site work.
